I bought a car on 7th July 2023. I had to take it back after 2 days as key fob was not working. This was replaced without issue. I also then had battery failure after driving this for only 5 weeks. Auto House agreed to help with the cost towards the battery. This was so appreciated. Excellent customer service and understanding. Very easy to deal with. Bought my first car from these it was a Vauxhall Corsa, few days later I had an issue with the starter motor. They asked to bring the car in, offered me a courtesy car which I declined as I wasn't in a hurry. Within a few days they was able to sort out the car and fix the problem perfectly. Great service compared to other dealers.

Bought a Zafira from these guys about 4 weeks ago bought with a fault at the time and they suggested I come back to purchase the car once the issue was fixed but had no way off getting home so purchased the car under the agreement it would come back when possible to get fixed they arranged for me to come back a couple weeks later to get the abs pump changed and a courtesy car was provided until the issue was resolved overall was a good experience and the car up to now is driving well

Really helpful and no hard sell 1st car I got wasn't quite right I took it back the next day, Laura and the team were really great they let me try a few different cars even a longer test drive when i settled on a new arrival which was the car for me i collected it a couple of days later it was presented in an extremely clean tidy condition, being disabled comfort and ease of drive were paramount to me, Laura and the management team were really helpfull and understanding, it is a true saying a smaller garage is far more friendly and personal than a main dealer and I will return in the future massive thanks to you all

I haven't had any issues with my car since buying it 3 months ago.
So far a positive experience with my 58 reg corsa which was in extremely good condition for a v.reasonable price.
